A personal trainer is a fitness professional involved in exercise prescription and instruction. They motivate clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients.

 

           MUSCLE TONE
           Muscle + less fat = tone

Muscle tone, also known as muscle tonus or residual muscle tension, is an unconscious low level contraction of your muscles while they are at rest. Essentially, muscle tone is what makes your muscles still feel somewhat firm while you are resting and not intentionally tensing them. You know how your muscles feel much firmer when you intentionally tense them? And how you feel a decrease in firmness the less you tense (i.e. contract) them? Well, that small remaining amount of firmness that you feel in your muscles when they are completely relaxed, with no intentional tensing, is your muscle tone

           CORE STRENGTH

 

 

Because the core consists of the hips, pelvis, abdominals, lower back, mid-back, and neck regions of the body, core training can encompass any exercises that challenge and work the muscles surrounding the hips, pelvis, torso, and spine.

           GROUP TRAINING

 

Small Group Training offers a unique opportunity to explore a new dimension of fitness by merging Group Fitness with Personal Training. Small Group Training offers classes that focus on a specialized format, individual progression and skill development. Classes offered are unique, and are available at an affordable price.

           CORPORATE FITNESS

Corporate Fitness is a specialized skill development position in a corporation where the goal is to help improve the performance of the employees. The performance areas can range from "soft skills" or "people skills" to “hard skills” relating to specific technical tasks.

 

Corporate fitness is fitness facilities and wellness programs for the workplace. The programs may take place at that particular business, a nearby health club, or another facility. These programs increase job satisfaction and help keep employees healthy, especially since people are now working longer days.
